Does Wingate support ESP (IPSEC) thru VNP ?

Postby jeff » Apr 22 04 9:32 am

Hi !! I've got some pb ....
My network configuration is :

[Host 1]----lan1----[ PC 1 ]<===VPN===>[ PC 2 ]----lan2-----[Host 2]

lan1=192.168.1.0/24 - [ PC 1 ] = XP Pro
lan2=192.168.0.0/24 - [ PC 2 ] = XP Pro

VPN is OK

PING
[Host 1] : ping [Host 2] is OK
[Host 2] : ping [Host 1] is OK

TELNET
[Host 1] : telnet [host 2] is OK
[Host 2] : telnet [host 1] is OK

IPSEC
Host 1 : ESP ==> [Host2] is NOK (doesn't seem to go thru VPN - Stopped in [PC 1])
Host 2 : ESP ==> [Host1] is NOK (doesn't seem to go thru VPN - Stopped in [PC 2])

So, my question is :

Does Wingate support ESP (IPSEC) thru its VPN ?

Help !
Thanks for your answers !!!

Hi,
Unfortunately the current driver does not route non-TCP/UDP/ICMP traffic through VPN - the new, updated driver will be available shortly.
