Hi there
When you say you have WinGate installed on the client computers do you mean the WinGate Internet client (WGIC).?
If so, you have to ensure that the DNS entries in the network properties of each client point to the internal IP of th WinGate server. Also on each client machine open the WGIC applet and make sure the WinGate Server is present and selected to be used on the "WinGate Servers" tab.
Another thing to check is the sattelite connection. Does it give a static IP address (online all the time) or does it connect as required? (similar to a dialup connection.)
If it is assigned a static IP by the ISP then WinGate should detect this as an external interface and use it automatically to access the Internet.
If it is a "connect as required" type of connection where the ISP assigns an IP everytime the server connects, then this connection should be listed in the dialer config of GateKeeper on the WinGate server, and you will have to make sure it is enabled here for it to be used by WinGate.
This is all that should be required to make the clients access the Internet through WinGate.
