Connection Refused Error

Having some issues with our VPN setup.

I have 1 laptop that whenever it tries to connect to the VPN just gives me the error "connection refused by host".

I checked the server - no messages, check the client, only error is the above....

I am using the same VPN file for a number of machines and all the others work OK.

It is not the licence key as it works fine on another machine.

Any ideas???

If (from the laptop) you attempt to connect to your VPN server via telnet (e.g. telnet serverip serverport) can you establish a TCP connection, at least ?
