PRoblem conecting to a server behind Wingate

I have a Web server behind Wingate. So I have a port redirection in ENS that directs all traffic in port 80 and 443 to my server.

It works fine, except from a few clients. All of this clients that can't access my Web server have the same ISP, they use PPPoE. They use Windows XP or 98. When they try to access my server i see their connection in WG and they reach my Web server, but it seems that they never receive the answer of the server and the browser just show the message opening webpage...." forever.

Anyone can help me on this ?

Can be an MTU problem - try reducing MTU by 12-20 bytes.
