wingate with yahoopops

I would like to ask how I put the yahoopops (an yahoo email client) with wingate,coz it wouldnt start together,the wingate is ok,but Y!pops doesnt.its says "the other mail server already running"....

So the yahoopops is a mail server, not the client? If you want to run either one of them, just stop the Wingate mail service - it will stop binding on port 25 and yahoopops will bind itself just fine.

I put the wingate together with Y!pops...in the server PC (coz I didnot install wingate on the client) and still has error messages...said "another mail server is already running"....

even I did installed without mail server wingate,I almost desperate..any idea?

On the list of services in Gatekeeper find SMTP service - double click on it and mark it as disabled. Then stop the service.
