how to block website

i've block server contain 'sex', 'adult', etc but when i test browse it, still can open on my IE. what's wrong with this?
i've block it on system policies, www proxy server and use puresight but doesn't work...
anybody can help me?

Are you using Transparent Redirection to ensure traffic is routed through WWW Proxy?

In WWW Policy are you using "URL Contains"?

yes i use transparent redirection and use 'contains'
but i've tried to use www too like i've test to block 'www.google.com' but it doesn't work coz i've still can open it.
how come???

In WWW policies do you have "default rights - are ignored"?

no, only use 'everyone' with 'may be used instead'
i've also block via system policies but it doesn't work :(
please help...

Change to "are ignored" and see what happens.

Be sure to use CTRL-F5 to refresh the page.
