Modifing "You are not authorized to view this page"

Dear friends,

How can I modify the notification page which says "You are not authorized to view this page" for the users.

I would like to modify it with some graphics and my organization's logo.

Any help?

Currently the only thing you can do is modify the text of the message via a registry edit.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Qbik Software\WinGate\ErrorStrings\HTTP

is where this string is stored.

All standard warnings about editing the registry apply.
