!!help!! WinGate 4.4.2 and e-mail

Anybody can help me:
how to tune-up smtp and pop3 services on wingate 4.4.2 server by gatekeeper and what should I write in an e-mail account on client computer using Outlook Express 6 ?
(for example e-mail: snob@baltnet.ru, smtp&pop3: mail.baltnet.ru)
This info was placed in knowledgebase but now I can't find it :-(
