Yes, my network has the subnets numbered properly and DHCP server is bound only to internal NICs.
Yes I have three NIC with Realtek chips. Realtek RTL8029(AS) PCI Ethernet Adapter , Realtek RTL8029(AS)-based PCI Ethernet Adapter, Realtek RTL8180 Wireless LAN (Mini-)PCI NIC. Never had any problems with those two 10baseT NICs under linux (which is the OS I would still have, but I dont want to spend days getting the driver for the wireless one to work) and the wireless NIC is working fine - it can recieve the information from the DHCP.
It seems to me that some second mysterious firewall in Wingate is causing this trouble. Even when I completely disable the firewall in extended networking plugin, I still cannot browse the web on the Wingate server machine, I can only ping internet servers from there. Only when I disable the option to protect my pc even when wingate engine is stopped, and shut down the engine, it works again. I still had not any luck with getting the web browsing to work on my other LAN machines. All I can do, is to ping the internet servers from them.
There is the debug info
