Socks proxy only for ICQ ?

Hello!

I would like to setup proxy server for ICQ, but all other traffic has to be blocked. That means noone on network can access http sites or use other protocols except ICQ.

Also, for only two computers on network, I already set up http proxy and this works OK (using authentication). But now I wish to allow all other computers on network to use ICQ and only ICQ via Wingate.

Is this possible to do and how? If I setup SOCKS5 server how to filter other traffic except ICQ? Also, it has to be relative secure filter.

I use Wingate 5.2.3
