Wingate Client Not loading at all

Hi to all.
Does any here has problems to load the WRP client on the clients machine? because i got to openit refresh the servers tab and the load my applications EVERY TIME, I have reseted, reinstalled, reconfigured and I cant make it work from boot without open it and refreshing.

Hi Javier,

Do you make these changes as the local administrator on each client machine? If you don't have admin rights then the changes that you make have no effect, this is to stop clients from modifying the settings without the administrator's knowledge.

Well some machines are win98, but in the XP machines I am logged with A MEMEBER OF THE ADMINSITRATORS GROUP (that counts as administrator?, or I have to log as the administrator to make configurations?).

As long as you're a member of the administrator group with rights to install a service then you should be ok. Are you also having this problem with 98 machines?

Are you using WinGate 5.2.3 or 6.0? In version 6 you can control application access from the server.

Are you seeing the WinGate dialer pop up on the clients when you try to access?
