Can you please send an email to
sales@wingate.com and attach your WinGate registry, your WinGate configuration report and reference this forum post. Can you also indicate whether you have ever upgraded WinGate before?
WinGate Registry:
(Windows) Start menu --> Programs --> WinGate --> GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Registry Settings
WinGate Config:
(Windows) Start menu --> Programs --> WinGate --> GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Report
