Hi,

this it is the error message in Wingate:

---------------------
There was a problem connecting to the Server. No data was received from the server during authentication. Check the spelling of your username
---------------------

Our work is getting severely hampered because of this problem. Can you please provide some solution?

That would be a problem authenticating with WinGate when logging in with GateKeeper, correct?

I've seen this error message in two cases, first when you have switched to using the NT Database and back again and have not done the restart of WinGate to resynch (As recommended).

The second case is a bit more insidious, but a few questions should help us discover if that is it.

So, which version of WinGate are you running? Has anything been changed lately to affect this? Are you connecting to "localhost" using a username and password that are valid for this WinGate installation?
