wingate upgrade license

I upgraded a client's license from standard to pro but I never received the new licenses for it. I thought they would be the same one's but I had trouble getting them activated. Once I put them to active them I got a message from wingate telling me the licenses had already been upgraded and to contact wingate sales department. I had to install a trial license to get the client going.

I would like to know how I can receive the new licenses ASAP.

Hi

Normally we issue keys by email straight away, so as soon as you got the response back from your browser that the upgrade had gone through (which should have your new key in it as well), it should have emailed you the key.

It's always possible the email didn't get through, we can resend.

Best is probably to contact sales at wingate.com, with some details about the order (i.e. your email address), so we can track down your order and make sure you get your new key.

License type is coded into the key, so if you upgrade, you do get issued a new key.
