Hosts Timing Out, HTTP

Postby corcoran » Nov 10 05 11:09 pm

guys.

noticed this yesterday, but distinctly since my 6.1 upgrade, and often when i'm posting to pages (like hitting submit for this post!) i'm getting request timed out, or host timed out or something similar?

when i hit f5/refresh, it's there, it's just a little odd. i took of the session expiration just to be sure that wasn't messing it up, but it seems like a definite issue.

Hi

How is your web browser connecting to the Internet? Through the proxy directly, through an intercepted connection, or just NAT?

sorry ALL the information would have been useful, wouldn't it?! :)

yeah i'm WPADing, but other people have the proxy set (IP) in their IEs.. as the wingate server isn't the default gateway on our network.
