normally windows creates a minidump file, in windows\Minidump

If there's one in there corresponding to the time of the crash, could you send it please?

Do you have minidump enabled?

If you right click on My Computer
select properties
select Advanced tab
click on Startup and Recovery settings button

you then see system failure options. Make sure that under Write Debugging information, that you don't have "none" selected. We normally use Small Memory Dump, which creates minidump files in the folder you specify.

Option are activated but windows don't write anything on events and minidump :(

Probably is conflict with network drivers, i will try to install wingate on a new pc and export registry for the new, my problem is activate licence, if i have a problem my service stop and 90 users stops too :(

Antonio,

Install a trial license on the new system and then contact support@qbik.com to get the old license deactivated.

Then you can activate the license on the new system. This should result in no downtime for your users.

Hi

That's NetPatrol. I'm pretty sure there are problems running WinGate and NetPatrol on the same computer since 6.5.

Are you able to remove NetPatrol?

Adrien is right. I had the same problem with NP.

dovale, IDS is good to install inside the network, not on the edge. IMHO. So it will be better to transfer it to a PC inside your network.

dovale, don't worry. You have Wingate and OS policies to secure Wingate machine.
NP is better to install inside your network to be sure noone is penetrating inside your network walking around Wingate. That is more important, than Wingate by itself.

And NP is not destined to "secure Wingate".
