Is WinGate v5.2.2 still FREE for 2 machine use?

In previous versions of WinGate, the software was fully functional and free for use on 2 computers (users). Is this still the case with WinGate version 5.2.2? If not, what is the most recent version of WinGate that was free for personal use (2 computers only)? I am trying to help someone with setting up a 2 machine Internet Connection Share (AOL dialer) and I am trying to find them a no cost solution.
Please reply if you have the answer.

Unfortunately earlier WinGate versions are unavailable.

As of WinGate 7.2 (3 May 2012), we re-introduced a free license equivalent to WinGate Standard 3 concurrent users.
