I'm evaluating 6.1.4.1099-USE on Windows XP. I have activated an evaluation license. I have tried every conceivable combination I can think of and I always get this message:

There was a problem connecting to the server. Connnection refused by server. Check your server name and port number.

I have tried installing and re-installing, re-booting, numerous times, using both the Windows OS user database and the WinGate user database, using valid accounts on both methods, using the "use current windows login" checkbox, etc. etc. etc. etc. Yes, I've tried it all. Nothing works. I want to BUY this software for the purpose of sharing an Internet connection, but that depends on whether the evaluation is successful... and if I can't log on to the GateKeeper, I'll consider the evaluation unsuccessful and look elsewhere. Please help. I appreciate your assistance.
