Wish that I could find solution here. Now, we have this CCTV recorder DynaGuard installed on remote site. All these while we are able to monitor the remote site via web interface call DynaRemote. We access DynaRemote by keying in IP address. No problem occurs until we tested it in our environment where internet connection are authenticate by Wingate. A small pop-up window which normally prompt for username and password doesn't pop up anymore but straight displaying error message telling us authentication error, funny eh? We have been struggling with this for a while now, we have even open all necessary port (port 80) and services. Can someone please give me some guidance?
